Can Sachin make a Century of centuries in the final? & also be Man of the Series?

After having most unparalleled records under his name, can Sachin do it yet again? Can he make a century of centuries in the World Cup Final 2011?

Rumour has it that the reason why Sachin apparently gave up his wicket after 6 lives in the match at Mohali against Pakistan is that he didn't want his 100th century to come out of such a sluggish innings. He'd rather prefer it to be one of the most clean & perfect innings.

This milestone, if achieved by Sachin in the finals does not seem to be reachable in the near future by anyone, the closest being our very own disappointed Punter, Ricky Pointing with 69 hundreds(tests + one days).

Moreover, Sachin is just 3 runs behind the leading run scorer of the World Cup, T. Dilshan of Sri Lanka. They both along with Yuvraj Singh for his all round performance are the front runners for the "Man of the Series Award". I don't want to rule out the bowlers but the leading wicket taker, Shahid Afrid is already back home and unless exceptional, it is difficult to give the award to player from non-finalist team. Only if Zaheer Khan takes a good haul will he be able to cross Shahid Afridi as the leading wicket taker in the world cup 2011 to join the race for "Man of the World Cup".

So which feather will Sachin add to his already beautified hat in this world cup(which seems to be his last World Cup as well)!
